At Sahua we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and safe environment for all users. These guidelines explain what is allowed, how we moderate content, and how you can report concerns.

Prohibited Conduct

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward others.
• Sexual content involving minors or any form of child exploitation.
• Sharing or soliciting illegal content, including instructions for wrongdoing.
• Unwanted sexual advances, explicit sexual content in public rooms, and exploitation.
• Repeatedly spamming or disrupting rooms and communities.

Moderation & Reporting

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce these rules. Users can report violations directly in the app; reported content will be reviewed promptly. Actions we may take include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Protecting Minors

Sahua is not intended for children under 13. If you suspect a minor is at risk, please report the account immediately. We will take swift action and, where required, cooperate with law enforcement.

Privacy & Safety Tips

• Do not share sensitive personal information (credit cards, national ID numbers, passwords) in public rooms.
• Use privacy settings to control who can invite or message you.
• Block or report users who harass or threaten you.

Emergency Situations

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. We may provide account information to law enforcement when legally required.
