Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Sahua account and associated personal data, you can follow the instructions below. Please read carefully — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the App (recommended)

1. Open the Sahua app and go to Settings > Account.
2. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
3. After you confirm, your account will be scheduled for deletion. Some data required for legal or technical reasons may be retained for a short period as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Delete via Support

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by contacting our support team. Please provide the email address or phone number associated with your account and state that you request account deletion.

What We Delete

Upon successful deletion we will remove personal identifiers from our active systems. Some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics. Backups and logs may persist for a limited time for security and legal compliance.

Timing

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email when deletion has been completed or if further verification is required.
